Another Box of different sized blankets went to Canberra Hospital last week.
My SIL delivered them for me & said that they were gratefully accepted.
It's NiCe to know we are all making a difference isn't it.

One Chosen

A friend of DD2 recently lost a baby...so both DD2 and I thought it was appropriate to choose a Blanket of Love for her. DD2 picked out this "boy" blanket.
We both hope it brings some comfort to both parents.

As this is a L-O-N-G weekend my bro & SIL were here visiting...so I randomly choose 15 blankets (of varying sizes) to be taken back so they can go to the hospital this month.

A gorgeous little blanket arrived this morning... from a new-to-me generous lady. Her name is Karen & I'm unaware if she has a blog... or how she found me... but let me say a huge THANK YOU. Your blanket is very much appreciated Karen & will go to the John Hunter Regional Hospital.

For The BoYs

Jo B from HERE... sent along 5 blankets for boys...
Because of the wording on them, these ones they will probably be used for the "long stay" babies in intensive/critical care... as they are perhaps not suitable for families who have lost a baby. Nevertheless they will be put to good use in an area where LoVe is definitely still needed.
All the blankets are beautifully made with the neatest quilting on them.
